Managed Care Advisory Group has been in the class action settlement recovery business since 2003. They represent over one thousand hospitals, and thousands of businesses from micro to Fortune 500 companies, and have distributed hundreds of millions of dollars to their clients. One thing that sets MCAG apart is their ability to leverage their exclusive database to pull together required claim data – even when limited information is supplied by clients.

MCAG's settlement experts continually search for class actions for which you may be eligible. You do not have to spend time looking for applicable class actions or examining settlement documentation. Once you enroll in MCAG's service, they will notify you of the opportunity, determine your eligibility and submit claims on your behalf. There may be certain occasions that require the submission of limited additional information to MCAG, but the process will be as convenient as possible.

Updates for the Visa Mastercard Class Action Settlement

A $5.54B settlement has been reached to compensate merchants for excessive interchange fees. Pre-populated claim forms are being sent to eligible merchants by the settlement administrator. Eligible entities are encouraged to thoroughly review the form and closely examine the information on the administrator's portal to ensure you receive the expected compensation.

What's Next?  It may take time and resources to verify the details and calculations on your claim form against your records, as it's based on "defendant-supplied" data. To simplify this process, MCAG's experts will review the figures supplied by the administrator, as well as all other available data, ensuring you receive every dollar entitled to you under the settlement.

Click here to register with MCAG or contact their customer support at info@mcaginc.com for assistance. Their experienced team will guide you through the process and help maximize your compensation. The deadline for submitting your claim form is May 31, 2024. For additional information, please reach out to Adam Scott, Senior Director of Field Engagement, at IHA at ascott@ihaconnect.org
